ONLINE ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SUPPORT 

Job Description:

• Manage online sales channel : 
• • Tokopedia, bukalapak, shopee, lazada, instagram, shopify (data entry, upload, update information) 
• Reply all inquiry and send quotation to customer through whatsapp, line, email 
• Reply all comments, upload content on Social Media platform : 
• • instagram and facebook 
• Make report : 
• • quotation report, sales report, shipment report, inventory report, etc (in excel)
