OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- To lead daily Go Kart operation with a strong focus on customer
- satisfaction asnd revenue generation.
- Responsible for leading, directing and planning the staff (lead by example)
- Responsible for supervising the F&B outlets
- Ensure required service levels are met
- Responsible for timely maintenance and upkeep of the go karts and track.
- Effectively communicate with software technicians in case of downtime (in English)
- Responsible for managing stock and utilities (water, electricity, internet).
- Evaluate weekly and monthly with GM and Director.
- Directly report to General Manager and Director
