1. DISPATCHER (Code: DSP_Name)

Job Scope:

Menganalisa data produksi, kinerja operator dan kinerja alat produksi serta biaya operasional harian, mingguan dan bulanan berdasarkan input data dari data processing dan koordinasi yang efektif dengan finance project untuk memberikan penjelasan operasional penambangan harian, mingguan dan bulanan kepada atasan dan user terkait.

Qualification:

•  Job holder must posses a Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering or equivalent.
•  Able to arrange fleet monitoring and evaluation of fleets.
•  Able to analyze or evaluate the results of the dispatch system.
•  At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
•  Willing to be placed in all Company's Site.
•  Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Plant Maintenance Superintendent

(Code: HOSHE_Name)

Job Scope:

Coordinating, directing and reporting all maintenance and repair activities of Heavy Equipment and all units support in the project in order to ensure the achievement of PA, MTBF, MTTR targets that have been determined based on the direction of superiors, maintenance schedules, HSE standards and procedures that apply within the specified budget limits for support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

• Job holder must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
•  Job holder will be designated to control, analyze and evaluate plans and system maintenance or maintenance unit / equipment in the project.
•  Responsible for maintenance problems that occur in site and provide solutions that applicable, effective and efficient to achieve PA targets.
•  Responsible for all maintenance activity (MTTR and MTBF) are within the limits of the Budget and follow HSE standards.
•  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Heavy Equipment) or equivalent.
•  Preferably hold POM (Pengawas Operational Madya) certificate.
•  Job holder must understand Heavy Equipment Management System and Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS) used in Mining Company.
•  Willing to be placed in all Company's Site.
•  Full-Time position(s) available.

3. Plant Support & Facility Superintendent

(Code: HOSSF_Name)

Overview:

Coordinate, direct and report on all maintenance and repair activities for LV, Bus, Manhaul and Facility units in accordance with the PA, MTBF and MTTR targets set based on HSE standards that apply within the specified budget limits to ensure the availability of units in the work environment to support smooth operations on the project.

Qualification:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechanical Engineering.
•  Has experience minimum 5 years as maintenance supervisor of mining industry is preferred.
•  Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit.
•  Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
•  Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
•  Skillful on Electrical Maintenance & Repair of Heavy Equipment in the mining industry, such as: Watering Pump, High Voltage Generator, Genset, Lighting Plant, and LV mining car.
•  Understanding High Voltage Electrical Equipment.
•  Has POP Certificate is mandatory.
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk, Asam-Asam Site, South Kalimantan.
•  Full-Time position(s) available.

4. Plant Planning & Development Superintendent

(Code: HOSPD_Name)

Job Description:

Control, analyze and evaluate plans and systems for the maintenance and maintenance of units / equipment in the project through in-depth and thorough observations of maintenance problems that occur in the field with the aim of providing an applicable, effective and efficient planning & maintenance system in an effort to save costs and support the achievement of PA targets, MTTR and MTBF each unit within the limits of the Budget and applicable HSE standards.

Qualification:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechanical Engineering.
•  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Able to review and evaluating annual unit maintenance and maintenance plans and budgets based on the number of available units, development / improvement needs and mine plans and designs created by engineers.
•  Able to direct the process of coordination and monitoring the implementation of repairs and maintenance of units / equipment.
•  Able to evaluate and analyze thoroughly the maintenance problems that occur in the field.
•  Able to evaluate, develop and socialize unit / equipment maintenance and maintenance systems that are applicable, effective and efficient.
•  Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.
•  Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.
•  Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
•  Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
•  Has a POP certificate.
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All Satui Site, South Kalimantan.

5. HEAD OF PLANT MAINTENANCE DEPT

(Code: HODHE_Name)

Job Scope:

Plan strategies, control, evaluate and take corrective actions for all planning activities,develop system maintenance and repair units / equipment, all maintenance and repairactivities for units, and review the control of maintenance costs in the project in order toensure the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR targets as needed mining operations, HSEstandards and procedures that apply within the specified budget constraints.

Qualification:

• Job holder must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
•  At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Able to plan system development and maintenance strategies and repair units in the project.
•  Able to control, evaluate and take corrective actions for all unit repair and maintenance activities in the project based on maintenance schedules, HSE standard procedures and predetermined budget constraints and ensure the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR targets to support the smooth development of operations.
•  Able to plan and manage all funds provided in order to support the operational activities of the department.
•  Able to be responsible to the Chief of Mining Engineering for safe installation and work as well as proper maintenance of all equipment that is his duty.
•  Preferably hold POM (Pengawas Operational Madya) certificate.
•  Job holder must understand Heavy Equipment Management System and Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS) used in Mining Company.
•  Have ability to work with deadline, visionary, and have good communication.
•  Understand Maintenance KPI (PA / MA, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto Analysis).
•  Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management & Maintenance Process.
•  Understand Performance Improvement Program related to vendor management.
•  Willing to be placed in all Company's Site.

6. RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Job Scope:

Supervise and provide strategic recommendations related to improving the performance of the component / equipment based on the analysis of the health of the component / equipment in order to provide input repair before failure, extending oil & component failure and supervise and provide recommendations for prevention / prevention of non conformance components by suppliers / dealers in part or whole.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
•  Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
•  Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
•  Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.
•  Knowing about Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).

7. MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Job Scope:

Manage, supervise, and verbally and in writing all MDT (schedule maintenance) maintenance activities in the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and the schedule / planning made by the planner within the limits of the budget, procedures and HSE standards applicable to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTFR targets and support the smooth operation of the mining.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
•  Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
•  Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
•  Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.
•  Knowing about Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
•  Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

8. CONDITIONING MONITORING OFFICER

(Code : CMO_Name)

Job Scope:

Monitor and analyze all health parameters of equipment & components so that they can be used or developed further to prevent the severity of damage to components / equipment and try to overcome non conformance components / parts by suppliers / dealers in part or in whole in the framework of saving costs and knowing the causes of non conformance component to take more effective precautions by communicating it to the supplier / dealer manufacturer.

Qualification:

•  Diploma degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
•  Has work experience minimum 1 year
•  Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit
•  Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
•  Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.

9. Auto Electrician Supervisor

(Code: ETL_Name)

Job Description:

Organize, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all activities of the electric unit system repair and maintenance in the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment in accordance with the procedures and HSE standards that apply within the specified budget limits to ensure the availability of safe electric support in support smooth operation in the project.

Qualification:

•  Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
•  Has a minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic of Heavy Equipment
•  Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.
•  Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.
•  Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
•  Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
•  Has a POP certificate.
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.

10. PLANT MAINTENANCE TRAINER

(Code : PMT_Name)

Job Scope:

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance dept targets.

Qualification:

•  Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.
•  Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
•  Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.
•  Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.
•  Have TOT certificate is a must.
•  Have good communication
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area
